  • How to Use

    Medicinal Herbal Preparations:

    • Standard Hot Infusion - Boil water, remove from heat and allow to sit for 1 minute. Pour 4 cups of hot water to about 20-30 grams of herbs to jar or French press and steep for 15-30 minutes covered.
    • Strong Hot Infusion - follow directions for standard hot infusion, but steep for around 8 hours.
    • Cold Infusion - Pour 4 cups of room temperature or cold water over 15 grams of herbs. Mix/shake well and steep for 8-12 hours.
    • Elixir - Mix contents of herb packet to 4 cups of water. Simmer for 30 minutes and allow to sit for 1 hour. Alternatively, cook on high in a pressure cooker for 8 minutes and allow natural release of pressure.

    Note: 1 tsp = about 2 grams. Results are subject to vary depending on herbal ingredients.
